This shelter with, a capacity for 334 people, was located under Hannah's factory building on Eva Street. The ground floor was removed and the space below excavated, a new concrete ground floor replaced the old timber floor (it provided a roof to the shelter), and a new concrete basement floor laid. There were two entrances from a service lane off Eva Street.

We do not know if this was built.
