This Crichton and McKay designed bank once stood on what is now the site of the Wespac building. The door on the right gave access to 1/3 of the upper floors containing the banks inspectorate on the first floor and a four bedroom apartment on the top floor. The door on the left gave access to the other 2/3 containing general offices on both floors There was a lift on the left hand side but only stairs on the right. The centre door accessed the main banking chamber. The building was demolished in the 1970s.

There are 10 drawings in this contract set. All are signed by the client and builder, all are witnessed by 'J. Hector McKay'.
